Description of Program:
Eric Johnson House (EJH) provides transitional housing for people who are HIV+ or have AIDS. The program helps infected people to cope with their illness, and enables them to once again become productive members of the community

How the ministry has helped people in need:
When Steven first came to the Eric Johnson House, he was scared and alone. His addictions had separated him from family and friends. He had become homeless. When he discovered he was HIV+ he thought he was facing a horrible death. Today, his medical condition has been stabilized. He is in recovery and he has a job. He is looking for permanent housing.

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Prepare dinner for ten people
  • Transport people to appointments using EJH van.
  • Assist with fundraising/special events
  • Office work/Data entry
