MCCF Chaplaincy

The First Presbyterian Church of Nerw Vernon was a founding member of the Protestant Chaplaincy Program at the Morris County Correctional Facility, and we support the program annually through our Outreach program.  For Christmas, Chaplain Kathryn Schwartz has asked us to help provide some simple items for the inmates, such as socks, toothbrushes, Christmas cards (preferably stamped) for the inmates to send to loved ones, and home baked cookies.  With the emphasis on children at Christmas, it is easy to overlook the needs at the jail, but we're hoping as many of you as possible will be able to include some donation to the inmates during the Christmas season.
